THEFT

7/20/10 6:37 p.m. A car break-in resulted in the theft of two Garmin GPS units and a pair of sunglasses, with a total value of $350.

7/25/10 3:51 p.m. A golf bag and clubs valued at $114 were taken from a rental car parked at a recreation center.


MISC

7/19/10 8:22 a.m. Twice in recent days a beverage has been thrown at a man’s vehicle as he was driving out of a gas station on Boones Ferry Road.

7/19/10 10 a.m. Chickens are running at large on Glen Haven Road.

7/19/10 10:10 p.m. A man found his girlfriend’s stolen ring on craigslist. He is going to meet the seller, but he has no way to prove the ring is owned by his girlfriend.

7/19/10 10:40 a.m. A BB gun was possibly used to break a window at Hallinan Elementary School. The loss was set at $300.

7/191/0 10:44 a.m. An infestation of rats on a nearby property is one of the issues a woman would like to discuss with police.

7/19/10 12:54 p.m. A 14- to 15- year-boy tried to take a sticker off the window of a vehicle.

7/19/10 4:21 p.m. Jon Paul Trueb, 47, has registered as a sex offender.

7/19/10 4:29 p.m. A jagged metal elephant statue is being climbed on by six or seven kids.

7/20/10 2:37 p.m. Two 14-year-old girls were seen smoking cigarettes bought for them by an older male at a convenience store.

7/20/10 2:39 p.m. A St. Bernard running in traffic was captured by an officer.

7/20/10 2:48 p.m. A ex-husband’s wife is making harassing calls to his former wife.

7/20/10 9:26 p.m. A girlfriend passed out from a drinking spree and was taken to St. Vincent’s Hospital.

7/21/10 10:54 a.m. A suspicious and scruffy looking person on a swing appeared to be watching kids at West Waluga Park.

7/21/10 11:10 a.m. A resident is riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle at a high rate of speed when he leaves the house. The loudness of the vehicle is bothering neighbors.
