Authorities recently filed reports on the following incidents.


TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS

7/19 2:52 p.m.; A non-injury two-car accident occurred on the left shoulder of I-205. One driver feared the other was drunk. Officers determined no one was drunk.

7/22 12:40 p.m.; A hit-and-run non-injury accident occurred at Hidden Springs Road and Willamette Drive.

7/22 5:16 p.m.; Drivers of a GMC van and a Jeep Wrangler were involved in a moving violation at Albertson’s.

7/23 3:38 p.m.; A hit-and-run non-injury accident occurred at Market of Choice.


THEFTS

7/19 11 a.m.; A 9mm semi-automatic Beretta gun was missing from a residence on Short Street. It was valued at $569.

7/20 8:01 a.m.; A beige Lexus parked at Parker Road and Wildrose Drive was broken into and a Coach purse, an iPhone, credit cards and a driver’s license were stolen.

7/21 4:48 p.m.; The driver’s side window of a vehicle was broken into, but nothing appeared stolen. The vehicle was parked on Buck Street.

7/22 3:14 p.m.; A woman reported her jewelry was taken from her jewelry box by a 17 year old. She found the stolen jewels in a “Gold Buyers at the Mall” bag.

7/23 6:31 a.m.; A Ford Ranger on Holmes Street was broken into during the night. A Swiss Army messenger bag was stolen.

7/25 8:38 a.m.; A house was broken into on Failing Street, and an Xbox 360 was stolen valued at $400.



LIFE IN WEST LINN

7/19 11 a.m.; A green Chevy Astro had been sitting in the 1900 block of 16th Street for over a year. Officers contacted the owner.

7/19 2:48 p.m.; A teenager in a red shirt was reportedly driving a West Linn police car on I-205. Turns out the car was “out of service” and the driver worked for Landmark Ford.

7/19 4:06 p.m.; A man was reported for raising tadpoles in his swimming pool in the 1600 block of Killarney Drive.

7/19 8:09 p.m.; Four males wearing their hats backwards and smoking claimed to work for Comcast. Turns out they did work for Comcast.

7/19 9:12 p.m.; A father and his 14-year-old son were in a heated argument about the boy’s use of marijuana.
